Vend has recently announced that Vend Ecommerce is not available for use. What does this mean? In short, it is strongly suggested that you migrate your website from Vend Ecommerce to a new platform. This course is designed to guide you through the entire process of migrating from Vend E-commerce to Shopify, the world-leading commerce platform trusted by hundreds of thousands of retailers like you.
This course is not an "instruction manual", but rather a full programme that walks you through everything you need to know with Vend, coaches you through setting up your website, and provides you with a comprehensive plan to successfully migrate your site to Shopify. I show you how to set everything up, but I also treat you like a real human being and offer specific advice and guidance at each stage of the process.
The course is based on a 10-day plan, with day-by-day steps and instructions. However, the course is entirely self-paced and can be taken over any length of time.

I made this course as a reaction to the lack of high-quality materials available to help Vend retailers get setup on Shopify. I sincerely believe that Shopify is the best Ecommerce system available for Vend retailers and is significantly more accessible than the other two alternatives provided by Vend (Woocommerce and BigCommerce). By taking this course, you will still keep using Vend in the same way you always have (that isn't going to change!), but you will have access to a superior Ecommerce system that will help you grow your business online.
Every lesson includes a high-quality video presentation or screencast, plus extensive notes, multiple third-party resources, and the occasional bonus template or resource. Plus, students who enrol also get full access to a private Trello board that has dozens of additional resources and guides you through every single task needed in this migration.
If you are interested in this course, please check out the first section and the marketing plan lesson in section four. I have made these open to the public and encourage you to go through the first few lessons to make sure you are comfortable about proceeding. I even offer up my proposed timeline and task list in the second lesson, so if you feel technically proficient already then you can go ahead with this migration without even signing up to the course! When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. That being said, the course does work best when you can commit to the instructions regularly. I recommend around one hour per day, for two weeks. If you need longer, then use this as a starting point, and commit 30 minutes per day for a month.
Every person and business will be different, so go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
I designed this course with the firm intention of helping Vend retailers turn what could be described as a difficult migration into a smooth and seamless experience. If this course hasn't met your expectations, I would love to hear from you and see what can be done to improve the course. However, if you are still unhappy, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
How does the course pricing work?
I offer two options for pricing: a one-time payment ($300USD), or a split payment over two months ($310USD, paid by two instalments of $155USD). Customers in the UK and EU will have VAT added to the price of the course at the checkout and receive a valid VAT receipt. Customers in NZ and AU do not have to pay GST/sales tax as payments are made to Angus Allan Limited, a UK company registered in Scotland.
Included in this price is full access to the course, all of the custom materials I have put together, as well as all future updates to the class.
